The permanent office, located in the Hotel San Luís, will be open to participating teams as from Friday 29th May 2009.

Team managers should confirm the participation of all team members and collect the bibs from the permanent office between 09.00 and 10.45 on Friday, 9th May 2009.

Pursuant to article 1.2.087 of the Spanish Royal Cycling Federation, the Sports Directors’ Meeting will be held, in the presence of both members of the College of Commissaires and the Organization, on Friday 29th May 2009 at 11:00 in the Hotel San Luís.
